September, 10. - Valery Fedorov and Iosif Diskin took part in the World Political Forum"" Modern state: standards of democracy and effectiveness criteria"" which was held in Yaroslavl. The Forum was conducted under the auspices of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry A. Medvedev. The Forum involved political figures such as heads of states and ministers, as well as business, culture and education communities` representatives, and experts from other states.
