December 17, 2009, Moscow. A meeting of VCIOM Expert Council took place. The topic of discussion was: "2008-2009: Outcomes of the Crisis Year". Reports of Valery Fedorov (VCIOM Director General) and Maria Shcherbal (Monitoring Research Department Analyst) were presented in the course of the meeting. Members of the scientific-expert board took part in the discussion of the report: V. Petukhov, I. Diskin, D.Avdienko, E.Balatsky, D.Polikanov, E.Pakhomova. Heads of the leading VCIOM departments and other researchers were present at the discussion.
