МОСКВА, 01 Июля 2020 г. Всероссийский центр изучения общественного мнения (ВЦИОМ) по заказу Экспертного института социальных исследований (ЭИСИ) провел экзитпол (опрос на выходе с избирательных участков) на голосовании по поправкам в Конституцию РФ.
Опрос проводился на 800 избирательных участках в 25 субъектах РФ. На выходе с избирательного участка интервьюеры ВЦИОМ предлагали пройти анонимный опрос. Задавался вопрос о том, как проголосовал респондент – «За» или «Против» поправок в Конституцию Российской Федерации.
По состоянию на 1 июля 2020 г. (на 20.00 по московскому времени), всего в опросе приняли участие 445.345 человек. Ответили на вопрос 69,9% респондентов, отказались от ответа – 30,1%.
Согласно результатам экзитпола ВЦИОМ, среди ответивших на вопросы интервьюеров, в поддержку поправок в основной закон страны высказались 71,2% россиян. Против поправок проголосовали, по данным экзитпола ВЦИОМ, 28,3% ответивших на вопрос россиян.
Наиболее высокая поддержка по поправкам к Конституции зафиксирована в Южном федеральном округе (75,6% - за поправки, против - 24%), в Сибирском федеральном округе это соотношение составляет 70,1:29,4, в Санкт-Петербурге – 69,6:30,1, в Северо-Западном федеральном округе – 69,3:30,3, в дальневосточном федеральном округе 67,5:31,3.
До начала голосования ВЦИОМ опубликовал прогноз, предполагавший, что от 67% до 71% участников голосования поддержат поправки. С учетом результатов опроса на выходе в 25 регионах РФ этот прогноз пересмотрен в сторону повышения: по новым расчетам проголосуют 74-75%, против 24-25%.

MOSCOW, JULY 01, 2020 Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM) has carried out a Russian constitutional vote exit poll (a survey among voters leaving the polling stations) at the request of the Expert Institute for Social Research.
The survey took place at 800 polling stations in 25 Russian regions. VCIOM interviewers invited the voters leaving the polling stations to take part in an anonymous survey. The voters were asked to indicate which way they voted - “for” or “against” the amendments to the Russian Constitution.
As of July 1st 2020 (8 p.m. Moscow Time), a total of 445,345 persons had taken part in the survey; 69.9% of respondents agreed to answer the question; 30.1% refused to answer.
The data of the exit poll suggest that 71.2% of those respondents who agreed to answer the question were in favor of the amendments; 28.3% were against.
The Southern Federal District shows higher levels of support for the proposed amendments (75.6% are “for”; 24% are “against”) (other ratios: 70.1:29.4 in the Siberian Federal District; 69.6:30.1 in St Petersburg; 69.3:30.3 in the North Western Federal District; 67.5:31.3 in the Far Eastern Federal District).
Prior to the nationwide vote VCIOM had had a forecast of 67% to 71% of Russians in favor of the amendments. With the exit polls data from 25 regions this projection has been revised upwards: 74% to 75% are likely to vote “for”, whereas 24% to 25% “against”.
